How are you all doing on this cool Sunday morning? I hope you're enjoying the cooler weather as much as I am! (I honestly couldn't stop smiling the first day it was under 60 degrees haha...I'm such a cold-weather person!)

Today, I just wanted to share with you a fall outfit that I'm loving right now! I was inspired to pick up this pinafore dress from Topshop, by my all-time-inspiration, Megan Ellaby (check her out if you haven't already. She's a dream!). The rest of the outfit fell together from there.

Beat The Heat in Style

I hope you're all having a lovely weekend. Hopefully, you're coping in this summer heat a little better than I am! Every-time I walk outside, I feel like I'm going to instantly melt into a puddle. Hopefully, the temperature is cooler than the impossible 100°F.

Due to this unbearable weather, I thought I should come up with some tips on staying cool and stylish.

Get to Know Yourself (& Your Style)

Most people have taken or will take the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator at least once in their life. The MBTI is a personality test that determines your psychological preferences, how you view the world, and how you make decisions. Recently, I've been doing research involving my senior project at university, which has lead me to taking it online. I was very impressed and intrigued by the results. Here is one online that I enjoyed taking, because it offers a lot of information about your personality, such as strengths and weaknesses, romantic relationships, and famous people who have the same personality as you. I always feel incredibly inspired by the blooming flowers, the crisp air, and the warm sun. The trends below are the perfect embodiment of those things, that you can actually wear. The Corset: From The 16th Century to The 21st

Who wouldn't want to take a trip back in time to the 16th century when extravagant gowns and bouffant hair were at their height? Although we'd all love to be lords and ladies for a day, a heavy hoop skirt and layers of heavy fabric wouldn't be the most practical for driving cars or going to the grocery store.

Since it's one of the biggest trends of the season, I've decided to take the corset into my own hands and make it my own.

So spring has finally sprung, and the weather is slowly changing from dull and chilly to bright, crisp, and a little warmer.

One of the most wonderful things about spring, in my opinion, is the introduction of the color that was lost during those dull winter months. The flowers start blooming and that means your wardrobe can too! I've been thoroughly enjoying adding some pops of color back into my life the past couple weeks, so I thought I would research what colors will be trending this season so you can try them out too.
