It's finally February! We made it through one of the longest months of the year. Congrats! This week, in light of recent women's marches that went on throughout the world a couple weeks ago, I thought I would talk about how we can better support the community of women in our lives. Whether that be the women in your workplace, an online community of women you've never met, or just your closest confidants and best of friends, we should all have each others' backs! You might not have made it to a women's march near you, but here's how you can support women on a smaller, but still important, scale.

Most people have taken or will take the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator at least once in their life. The MBTI is a personality test that determines your psychological preferences, how you view the world, and how you make decisions. Recently, I've been doing research involving my senior project at university, which has lead me to taking it online. I was very impressed and intrigued by the results. Here is one online that I enjoyed taking, because it offers a lot of information about your personality, such as strengths and weaknesses, romantic relationships, and famous people who have the same personality as you. I hope you are all having a wonderful October. I, personally, am incredibly excited by cooling weather, which leads to all things amazing.
