Have you all had a good week? Comment down below one good thing and one not-so-good thing that happened this week. My good thing is that I’ve really been enjoying this week is spending time with my friends! Thursday night I went out for cheese fondue with them and then went to go and see Mary Queen of Scots, which was amazing by the way!

not-so-good thing is that we’re still on the hunt for the right apartment in London, which seems like an impossible task. It’s exhausting, but I still have faith we’re going to to find the one for us!

Today, I thought I'd touch upon some of my favorite books, some based on fashion and others just amazingly well-written stories. I'll go into why I love each book and why I think you should give it a try yourself. Also, one of the personal goals I've set for myself this year (and one I set for myself nearly every year, but don't always succeed in), is to read more books. Fall #OOTD

How are you all doing on this cool Sunday morning? I hope you're enjoying the cooler weather as much as I am! (I honestly couldn't stop smiling the first day it was under 60 degrees haha...I'm such a cold-weather person!)

Today, I just wanted to share with you a fall outfit that I'm loving right now! I was inspired to pick up this pinafore dress from Topshop, by my all-time-inspiration, Megan Ellaby (check her out if you haven't already. She's a dream!). The rest of the outfit fell together from there.

Color Forecast: Spring 2017

So spring has finally sprung, and the weather is slowly changing from dull and chilly to bright, crisp, and a little warmer.

One of the most wonderful things about spring, in my opinion, is the introduction of the color that was lost during those dull winter months. The flowers start blooming and that means your wardrobe can too! I've been thoroughly enjoying adding some pops of color back into my life the past couple weeks, so I thought I would research what colors will be trending this season so you can try them out too. Celebrity Trend for Less

One of the most popular trends for Fall/Winter 2016 are military/band style jackets. They have cropped up everywhere from the Gigi x Tommy Show to various bloggers' Instagrams. Of course, I had to find a my own option to incorporate into my wardrobe.

After seeing Gigi's jacket during her show, I knew I had to have it. Of course, her Tommy Hilfiger jacket is over $300, so I was forced to go on a hunt for another option. After an intensive search, I have completely fallen for this black velvet, Zara version with gold details. (Zara has really been on the ball lately!)
