Milan Fashion Week AW22

I hope you’re all well and having a relaxing end to your weekend. This weekend I went for a lovely swimming sesh, unpacked my suitcases, and went for a delish Sunday roast. I’ve needed this restful weekend after all of the craziness of London, Milan, and Paris fashion weeks.

Reflecting on the past couple weeks, I wanted to look back on Milan Fashion week first. Apart from Men’s Milan Fashion Week, this was my first real MFW. Below are some of my highlights and favourite parts of the week.

My First Paris Fashion Week

I hope you’re all having a lovely end to the weekend. I’ve had quite an exciting one, as my parents have officially moved back to the UK and made a quick stop in London to visit me. Even though they were only here briefly, we still managed to have a good time. I took them to one of my favourite Indian restaurants in Covent Garden, for a walk around my local park, and just had some general catch up time. Hopefully, when they’re a bit more settled I can go and visit them up in Derbyshire soon. But anyway let’s do a bit of time travelling back a couple weeks for this week’s blog post.

This week, I wanted to give you guys a recap of my first Paris Fashion Week experience. As you know, I’m a Talent Manager now, so I was lucky enough to get to go to Paris Fashion Week with my job. I can’t quite believe it. (I was accompanying my Talent, Charelle Schriek, who you need to follow if you’re not already.) One of the reasons I moved to London for my career, was to become more involved in fashion weeks and now I’ve gotten to experience both London and Paris. Feeling very grateful for everything and everyone that has lead me here. Below are some of the highlights of my ten days in Paris.

London Fashion Week AW20 Recap

Hope you all had a lovely weekend. What did you get up to? I celebrated one of my friends, Megan’s, birthday on Friday and then have been watching Netflix and doing my yoga the rest of the weekend pretty much. I think I’m still catching up from my very busy last couple weeks. They included our mini Paris trip, my cousin, Neave, visiting, and London Fashion Week AW20, which is exactly what I’m here to talk about in this post.

I’ve been attending LFW for four seasons now, which is insane, because it’s just flow by. (This August, I will have lived in London for two years…what) Anyway, let’s forget about how fast time is flying and talk about fashion instead! This year I was lucky enough to attend four days of shows. Below is a breakdown of what I got to see each day and my thoughts on each show.

London Fashion Week SS20 Recap

Hope you’re cozying up and watching a film or having a lovely walk in the evening sunshine. Sorry I missed last week’s post. It was a bit of a hectic one I’m not going to lie. Last weekend was London Fashion Week SS20 of course, and this season I was lucky enough to have my lovely cousin, Neave, down to experience it with me. We squeezed in as much as possible. As usual, it was incredibly inspiring and exciting. I think Neave enjoyed it as well. Below is a bit of a recap of what we got up to.

My First Fashion Week

I hope you’re all having a lovely weekend, but I HAVE to tell you about this past weekend!! Last weekend was honestly the BEST. WEEKEND. OF. MY. LIFE. If you didn’t already know, last weekend was London Fashion Week and I was lucky enough to be right in the thick of it with the company I’m interning with, HPR London. I can’t even explain to you the excitement I felt, but I’m going to try in this post! After reading, if you have questions about my first real fashion week experience, don’t hesitate to put it down below, because there’s no way I can cover everything just in this little post. (Also I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to upload last weekend, but I think fashion week is a pretty good excuse!)

Fall Fashion Statement

I hope you are all having a wonderful October.  I, personally, am incredibly excited by cooling weather, which leads to all things amazing.  How ready are you for snuggly sweaters, hot coffee in a cute mug, and the smell of bonfires.  Another amazing thing that I've been enjoying is Fashion Month.  I've been keeping up with my favorite fashion bloggers through their social media sites and I swear I feel like I've been there with them.  Have you guys been keeping up?  Although, I am a bit sad that it's over now.
